Spotify allows subscribers to cancel recurring subscriptions at any time without fees or penalties. Canceling reverts your account to Spotify Free at the end of your billing cycle.
Direct Web Cancellation
- Visit spotify.com/account in your browser.
- Under Your Plan, click Change Plan.
- Scroll down to Cancel Spotify and click Cancel Premium.
App Store Billing (Apple & Google)
If you subscribed via an in-app purchase, navigate to your phone's subscription management settings (Apple ID > Subscriptions on iPhone, or Play Store > Subscriptions on Android) and cancel directly from the platform menu.
